Shipping & Orders

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand internationally in the future!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We carefully pack each order, but if something arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?

You can DM us a personalized note ahead of time, and we’ll package your order beautifully for gifting.

Product Care & Ingredients

What ingredients do you use in your candles?

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and wood wicks that are free of parabens, phthalates, and toxins.

How do I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, allow the wax to melt to the edges to prevent tunneling, and never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

How long do your candles last?

Our candles burn cleanly and evenly, lasting approximately 40–50 hours depending on the size and care.

What makes your soaps unique?

Each bar is handcrafted in small batches with skin-loving ingredients like goat’s milk, clays, and botanicals, free from harsh ingredients.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We use gentle, high-quality ingredients. However, as with any new skincare product, we recommend patch testing first.
